The ACLU of Massachusetts' "What a Difference a DA Makes" campaign is working to educate people across Massachusetts about the power of district attorneys (DAs) play in our communities. DAs have the power to change the criminal legal system so that it works for all of us — regardless of our skin color, how much money we have, or where we come from. That’s why we’re doing door-to-door voter outreach in Worcester and Brockton leading up to the November 6 general election.

In these final weeks before the election, we need your help to get the word out about the role of district attorneys in our criminal legal system.

We're kicking off the fall campaign season with a massive rally in Copley Square! Join us if you're voting Yes on 3 to uphold transgender protections on Tuesday, November 6!

Yes on 3 is the campaign working to uphold Massachusetts' nondiscrimination protections for transgender people in public places like restaurants, retail shops and hospitals. Learn more on the campaign website.

Voters must go to the polls this year and vote Yes on 3 to keep the law, which has been in effect since July 2016, and ensure we continue to be a national leader on equality and fairness for all.
