Learn about the history of the First Amendment, and how freedom and regulation of speech have developed through the modern age. An overview of issues on the national scale will be followed by a Massachusetts-specific focus. 

The discussion with Dipayan Ghosh will be moderated by Carol Rose, executive director of the ACLU of Massachusetts.
