In a modern, equitable democracy, every eligible voter must be able to make their voice heard at the ballot box.

The VOTES Act is the next step to make sure Massachusetts citizens can do just that. It will make reforms that worked for voters this fall permanent, like mail-in voting and expanded early voting. And it will do more to ensure administrative barriers to not bar Bay Staters from making their voice heard, with Same Day Registration, reforms to help eligible incarcerated people vote, and more.
