Victory! If the landmark 1973 Supreme Court decision on reproductive freedom Roe v. Wade should ever fall, here in Massachusetts we still have Moe v. Secretary of Administration and Finance. This 1981 ACLU case ensures a person's right to reproductive freedom under our state constitution.
