This summer, the United States Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade, a landmark Supreme Court case that enshrined federal constitutional abortion protections. When the Court releases its final decision, more than half of states across the country are likely to ban or restrict abortion, preventing millions of people from accessing critical health care.

In Massachusetts, regardless of the Supreme Court's decision, abortion will remain legal.
